Do you think there are other forms of learning besides blended learning that will be a solution for learning during the Covid-19 pandemic?
During the pandemic, face-to-face classroom learning is limited, the issue that arises is to limit class attendance to 50% of capacity. The relevant logical solution is to use blended learning with the flipped classroom model. Namely by dividing student learning time into 50% face-to-face and the rest delivered online. That way schools do not need to add more classrooms because classrooms can be used interchangeably. But is it true that blended learning is the only way?

You spotted a critical point. Blended learning approach doe not work unless students and teachers were not convinced:

Thank you for your answer. I raised this issue based on my concern about online learning which is currently still required in Indonesia. Due to the fact that not all students have adequate technology to carry out online learning. Which causes learning since the pandemic hit in early 2020 until now to be ineffective. I am worried that if this continues (as far as I know, blended learning also requires students to have devices for independent learning) the ineffectiveness of learning will have a long-term impact in the future.

Blended learning is a good idea to solve the education problem in pandemic Covid 19.
Teachers are in charge of finding the best educational model in times of COVID. All are valid (e-learning, m-learning, b-learning, flipped classroom ...) but only teachers know the realities of their classes, since many students do not have access to technological resources or the Internet, so I believe that they are the ones who should propose the best educational model to their class, which probably will not be adapted to this in class.
Here a lot of learning activities have been moved out of the classroom and into the school yard and surrounding parks and recreational areas.
It is different from class-room teaching and it takes time for the kids to adapt and see the school yard as a learning environment as well as a room for breaks. Also, communicating in an outdoor setting is challenging as sound is different and you need to speak up to be heard.
In addition, the room is not suited for sitting still and solving assignments, especially at this time of year where it's cold. We need to engage students in active learning activities that gets them to move and to learn.
However, when successful, it is a strong environment for learning. Combining games, movement, and learning creates a deep learning experience.
I want to contribute with my research together with colleagues from a university in Mexico
I and my colleagues use both online learning and blended learning; especially, the courses that are my responsibility will be fully online learning. However, the instruction in our faculty is co-teaching; we have at least two lecturers in one class. We use both synchronous and asynchronous context. For synchronous, I use Zoom application for discussion and do some activities. In part of asynchronous, I use short clip videos for transfer concepts and theories instead of lecture. Consequently, I will post videos before class around 3 days that is for learning preparation. And then, we will discuss about that topic in Zoom session.
COVID 19 has shifted all our NORMALS to the New NORMAL. Notably ,the education sector had adopted modular distance learning and blended learning as its new normal set -up. In lieu of these learning modalities, TV based instruction ( TVI) or radio based instruction ( RBI) can be utilized.
se requiere pensar más en el educando, sus posibilidades y realidades, además. que una educación totalmente virtual, sea síncrona o asíncrona, no llena los espacios que antes de la pandemia permitían interactuar a estudiantes y docentes dentro del aula y ese aspecto emotivo, de saber que el estudiante tiene problemas con tan solo observar su comportamiento en clase, sus cambios de humor, sus miradas, tristes, perdidas, desorientación,etc, ahora son imposibles. Una nueva normalidad que no es normalidad, donde el aprendizaje cooperativo está entre líneas y los trabajos grupales quizás no lo sean tanto. Queda mucho por reflexionar.
Covid 19 change more sectors and Education sector, it changes the process of learning, used E-learning and face to face learning, it is blended learning is a solution to education problem in pandemic cases.
Blended learning and online learning is the new normal. For us here in Trinidad, it's fully online since we are experiencing another wave of infections. There is no other methodology at this point.

Current time, considering of the study level "Blended Learning" I endorse.
Dendy Gusmawan, Remote teaching, that is, the lecturer usually speaks to the wall and listeners usually pretend to be listening. They don't usually keep notes either. The effects are dire. In my opinion, only the lecture at the blackboard makes sense, and may the epidemic end soon.
Learning during Covid19 needs some introspection into the syllabus portions. Have to sort out practical oriented portions and give weightage for them and try to make them in face-to-face interaction.
