Dear experts:
My LC/MS data were generated using Waters SYNAPT G2-Si , which is considered to be high-resolution in centroid mode. I could do group, but not go through the retcor step. Please refer to the following codes and error/warning message.

Any retention time correction should base on the group information. After you group your data, try the following code:
> dim(groups(xset1_2))
Tell me the output. It seems the group function could not find any groups. I wonder if you have used IPO package to optimize your xcms parameters for your instrumental?
