When internationalisation is to be an important feature of higher education systems, standardised approach within a legal ambit is required, hence its good.
Bulgarian Higer Educational system dates since 900 year (The first school) - 1118 years academic tradition.
All Countries in EU are with old academic tranditions - this is the so-called old Continet.
France - the first school dates since 836 - 1182 years tradition.
Italy - the first University dates since 1090 - 928 years tradition.
England - the first University dates since 1150....
Germany - the first University dates since 1370..., etc.
And these are data from Countries where there is kept the old manuscripts.
