Do you mean the kinetics of disssociation? i.e. the Ka values of different hard (HCl) and soft (acetic acid) acids and bases?

I am simulating a ph control process(neutralization process) on aspen plus, I need kinetics for cstr 

HCL=H+Cl

NaOH=Na+OH

HAC=H+AC

my feed contains HAC and its arbitrary I select HAC for its simplicity.

HCl and NaOH are my titrating agents

The pH in solution will not be homogeneous and will be controlled  by the rate of reagents mixing. The neutralization itself is an ultrafast process.
