This is my current validation/verification project. Protocol screening GMOs cotton and textiles' "IWA 32 'protocol screening GMOs cotton and textiles'. I would like to know while amplifying the Sah71 gene is it mandatory to get the Cq value of 3.32 as per theoretical value or we can proceed further for elemental analysis, if peaks obtained/amplification obtained in PCR(which is positive signal of endogenous gene, indicates no inhibition in the genomic DNA as per protocol. iIf not meeting the 3.32 Cq value( Iam getting only 2.2-3.0 some times still less), based on amplification peaks cant be analysed P35s, Nos elements since it indication of no inhibitions in template.

What is the acceptance criterion for the above said.kindly suggest
