Im having difficulty in plotting the data for permitivity loss.A rough image is attached. My problem is if i consider Es and E(infinity) to be the dielectric constant values (both static and minimum , respectively ) , the plots obtained are quite rough and show only a single downward peak for polarization dispersion whereas if i put Es and E(infinity) to be the dielectric Loss (Static dielectric loss value and minimum value) , the graphs are perfectly ideal as shown in literature with peaks of resonance shifting exactly in accordance with my expected pattern.I am now confused as to what should i put.

Measuring frequency range is from 100Hz to 5MHz.I also have data upto 1GHz but it is showing the same mechanism.Image is attached. graph is plotted against natural log of angular frequency .Its just a crude initial data if i consider the two terms Es and E(infinity) to be the dielectric loss values instead of dielectric constant.
