hi dear researchers
Actually, these days, i am in charge of the new project in relation to flagella of salmonella typhimurium.
BTW, actually this is first time to experiment in relation to flagella detection.
after taking over project, the way that the senior researcher used to experiment is by using vortexing.
actually, i'm afraid i major in plant science, then that is true fact that i lack knowledge of microbiology.
so, i am in need of help from who is intelligent like you.
perhaps, Isn't there any other good way to separate salmonella and flagella?
i used to separate them by using vortex for about 20~30min. after then, i centrifuge them at light rpm and collect supernatant without pellet and debris.
thanks for reading my question and have a nice day
