strictly speaking, there is no "UFMC channel", in the same way as there is no "OFDM" channel, nor "single-carrier modulation" channel. Channel models are mai,ly related to:

- the propagation environment (city, countryside, underground, ionospheric reflection, etc.)

- the carrier frequency of the signal

- the mobility

In addition, the number of antennas is also a parameter.

UFMC is not a channel. It is a multicarrier waveform technique (eg. OFDM, FBMC) in which subcarriers are grouped into subbands and each subband may be independently allotted to and filtered for different users. Basically the multicarrier waveform is shaped by filtering techniques which are suitable for different scenarios. Refer http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/6877912/.
