Yes, time is quantized. It is not linear as described in Newton and Einstein's theory. But it is periodic in nature. Fundamental building block of the universe as micro entity is a flawed concept. The reality is based on the infinite indivisible motionless fundamental substance of the universe which is of the nature of empty space. When this motionless substance begins to move, it creates waves and the waves have finite wavelengths and periods. This creates illusion of space and time. This also results in wave particle duality which causes apparent multiplicity in the indivisible fundamental substance.
