I think, yes. But in this case it is possible to grow a single crystal  by slow evaporiation of water from the solution.

i strongly agree with Stan Halas. but Crystal growth by slow evaporation of water from the solution is  more batter than other method for this material. 

I also agree with Stan Halas and Piyush J. patel. Using solution growth with using constant temperature bath better to grow bulk size crystal.
