Please, I wonder if you have more R package than R views because I need to learn by knowing the tools available for research that I can do its research in an easy way without prior extensive knowledge in the research fields.
Of course there are packages, which were not uploaded to CRAN. Some may be custom packages researchers wrote for their own use, but you might get them to share the code with you by asking. But a more common reason why some packages or package versions are not listed in the CRAN is, because they are in development and/or do not comply with the CRAN policies https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/policies.html
You can probably find some of the packages that are not listed on CRAN on GitHub or SourceForge or just by googling. If you want to know what people in your field of research are using now, you need to consult the literature and other researchers in the field.
