I looking for data of different countries sportsmen (especially judo, but it would be nice to hear from some similar martial arts) training load programs - training plans for year or for special preparation macrocycle training load.

Hi Lolita, according to my knowledge, no researchers here in Egypt dealt with a whole year plan or macro-cycles. instead, we usually plan for three months as the longest period to solve some training problems before competition. it could be even less for some minor problems. in this case we plan only for 6 weeks in addition, i think we can't plan for this prolonged period as training loads depend of the training experience and age group of the judoka. therefore, it can not fixed that way. this is for research works but for sports clubs and federations of course there are annual plans or more.
