Co(III)acetate has been synthesized by the oxidation of cobaltous acetate and various oxidants used for it are ozone, peracid, peroxide and oxygen. An electrochemical method is also available.Is there any other way to synthesize and isolate Co(III) acetate?

Please pay attention on the attachment, containing a reaction, applicable to CoII-acetate, but it is also carried out in the presence of H2O2. The experimental conditions and the reference are shown. The literature research in the topic of your question, performed using 'Reaxys' (https://www.reaxys.com/reaxys/session.do) has shown first publications dating from 1856, but they also have involved the shown in your comment conditions.

The method you provided me is for the synthesis of cobalt acetyl acetonate. I tried the same route for the preparation of cobaltic acetate but it didnt work. Thanks anyway.
