Is there any way to produce al2o3 by al(oh)3 without calcination?

I want to find a new way for converting Al(OH)3 to Al2O3 against conventional method (Al(OH)3 --(heat)--> Al2O3 + H2O). Any opinion? for example chemical treatment or etc.
