I am studying about some species of Euphorbiaceae family, Euphorbia genus, and need to know based on phylogeny which species of Euphorbia genus are closer to each other than others. How and where can I check closeness of Euphorbia genus species? Is there a phylogenetic tree for species of Euphorbia genus?

There are many good studies on the molecular phylogeny of Euphorbia. Most of these have their data uploaded on genbank. You can perhaps extract some DNA sequence an rbcL and blast it in genbank. This will give you a closely related species.
