Longitudinal pressure waves propagate during traveling through a wave tube as shown in the image below. According to the hooks law, particles only "vibrate" like a string because of compression and rarefaction of the waves introduced along the longitudinal axis of the tube. So if we want waves, push and move particles unidirectional toward or from the one end of the tube, what measures should be undertaken? such as wave spectrum components, frequency, etc.

To move a particle using acoustic waves you need an acoustic tractor.

Hotwire based acoustic particle velocity sensors (like M/s Microflown, I am not related and do not have any commercial interest) may be a choice for your requirements.
Unqualified comment: Best description of sound travelling through a medium ( setting issue of stimulated scales aside) is comparable to repeated miniscule deforming of a material allowing mostly a full recovery towards the state where it is stimulated or removed from i.e., theories of elasticity, within plane wave assumption allows reasonable description. In case of a complex interacting sound fields with allowance for occurrence of interference, observation of counter intuitive phenomenon is no rarity. Comparable analogous example is passage of sound through fluids where those phenomenon are easily observable as interaction of types of energy and net effects in terms of particle motion or energy paths could be figured out as pictures and patterns. Hence, arrive, such terms as traction, manipulation, control etc.
Eventually, the measure and , say , the measurand scale in comparison is an important issue.
