1) Melt blending using high-shear mixers

2) Dispersion in a polymer solution with subsequent solvent evaporation or precipitation

3) In situ polymerization:

3.1) in the presence of metal nanofillers where the nanoparticles (that do not inhibit the polymerization!) are dispersed in a feed reaction mixture

3.2) using sol-gel techniques where the nanoparticles (via metal precursors added) and the polymer are generated simultaneously

Muthiah, you should use a banbury mixer, that's the best you can find. 2-roll mills are also ok for small lab tests.
