There are number of reports where Eu2+ or Ce3+ doped nitride or oxy nitride materials can be prepare by solid state reaction at high temperature around 1500-1600 degree celsius in the presence of nitrogen atmosphere.
However furnace with this much temperature along with Reducing atmosphere is not available easily.
So, Is there any other synthesis method to prepare Eu2+ or Ce3+ doped Nitride, Oxy Nitride materials at low temperature?

Depending on your final application, and if thin film synthesis is ok (instead of powder synthesis from SSR), you may envisage magnetron sputtering of Eu or Ce in presence of Ar/O2 or Ar/O2/N2 for oxyde or oxynitride synthesis. Ajusting the flow of reactive gas will allow to control (roughly) your oxydation state.

Thank you for your reply. Getting reducing atmosphere and doping are not a problem for me, temperature is the problem. Nitrides or Oxynitrides require high temperature, facility which I dont have.
