I use CST for simulating EM-pulse propagation through the human's body. For this, I using time field monitors which allows me to calculate SAR distribution on a certain time interval. The pulses have very broad spectra with unequal energy distribution at different frequencies, but CST doesn't support time monitors with dispersive materials, which means I can set only one value for the losses in materials of the human body model, what's incorrect. Is there any software which supports dispersive materials in time-domain 3d EM-simulations?
