Thank you for your help, but the fog computing environment that I'm looking for is different than Fiber Optic Gyroscope (FOG). Fog computing, also known as fog networking or fogging, which is a decentralized computing infrastructure where data, compute, storage and applications are distributed in the most logical, efficient place between the data source and the cloud.

U can try ifogSim (simulator) also but it is not included in matlab

I have worked for fog computing on NetSim (https://www.tetcos.com), and it can also interface with MATLAB.
