Dear everyone,

I know much of websites to make protein-peptide docking such as HDock, HADock, Cluspro,.. But the my biggest challenge with these servers is the needed time to dock hundred of molecules ; doing docking manually is required. So I want to know is there any server/website/program for protein-peptide docking of thousands of molecules? In linux, windows anything.

NB. structure of protein and peptides are available. the interest is to dock one protein to thousands of peptides.
