Is there any scheme available for research scholars to submit project proposals in electrical engineering

like DST, UGC...

Dear Sundar,

AFAIK, it is not possible to independently submit proposal to DST/UGC without supervisor and a good background in terms of publications etc. We can submit together if it is indeed possible, can we not? I am currently pursuing my doctoral work in OPV.
