I am working on generating inferences from a given Subject-Verb-Object (S-V-O) triple. The S-V-O is identified from the source domain and a matching S-V-? or ?-V-O is identified in a traget domain. I want to get all possible subjects or objects that fill the ?. Please let me know if you know any system or repository of S-V-O which can return a complete triple when one or more element of the triple is passed to it.

Thanks for your response. In terms of the technology, the suggested systems such as sesame work fine. And what I need is not only the technology but also content which is available as a s-v-o triple. My intent is to find some thing like this (driver - drives- car) and (pilot -flies -?). and would like to get all possible objects that match this triple.
If I understood correctly, you could use SPARQL queries to query triples. Sesame supports SPARQL.
