There are some papers about relation between porosity and the compressive strength of the concrete, for example:

On the other hand, by considering the fact that the elastic modulus of concrete is depend on the compressive structure, therefore there will be relationship between porosity and modulus. I prefer you to read above paper which has a good literature in this regard.
