@Amin Qureshi , I see you have matLab skills. I am trying to do a animation of Bergyl in X3DOM. Two spirals going toward each other and see if the interference can perhaps look how Bergyl structures does. Any tips?

I have no mathematical equations for Bergyl . I studied mathematics 40 years ago and I have not needed it until now. But now I do. I see spirals, I see balls connected together with Golden ratio. I am using Javascript together with X3DOM to visualize Bergyl.

The best way to deal with a problem is to encounter it face to face.

To find any connection between the described phenomena and the electromagnetism, you need to know how electric and magnetic fields are generated. also you need to know how they interact. but as this requires some mathematical consideration and also being familiar with Maxwell Equation, i want to suggest you take a look at :

The Maxwell Field Equations (MFE) consists of four main equations (in integral or in differential form). these equations are mathematical model to describe all the known phenomena in Electromagnetism.

as long as you may note, the MFE is scale invariant equation which cover all the described issues form sub-atomic to interstellar size. any of these 4 equation has separate and simple description which you can find them by googling.

but these equations are structure-dependant. and due to large variety of structures which these wave may propagate form to may collid to, they can be regular or regular. also in vacuum, these equations result in harmonious electric and magnetic filed which are closely inter-related, if the source of electromagnetic excitation act as much as possible prefect and periodic. but for non-periodic source of excitation there are not harmonious arrangement in large scale, but locally there are some.
