Is there any possibility of using carbon-nanotubes in self compacting concretes?

I am very keen to know about carbon-nanotubes for increasing material properties.

If You can assure that the carbon nanotube were hydrophillic then can be achieved some strengthening.That is a long complicated chemical treatment.

Do not forget that the strength will be determined by weakest physico-chemical component.
