Is there any possibilities cases that there are Breast Milk Cancer? Or is it just only nipple discharge of something else?

What I want to emphasize is that when the Breast Milk is infected with Cancerous Cell it will lead to metastasis/proliferation of those cancerous cell at the breast.

    + My focus is more on what that cause a [ Concentrate liquid/solid similar like milk discharge from breast (specifically nipple), with mixture of black and red like residue, and very dark yellowish in form of colour ]

    + Simultaneously, there are also lesion and formation of scab at the part of areola.
