For the purpose of an analysis of the effects of COVID-19 in Sub-Saharan Africa, I would like to know if it is possible to get data such as: number of daily tests, number of confirmed cases, number of hospitalizations, number of recoveries, number of deaths, measures taken by the government, etc. Thanks.

With regard to governmental measures , most governments responded by strengthening some regulations around health conditions, but enforcement is very weak.
Indeed the number of tests is very important to understand the actual level of infection. That is a matter I have addressed several times in another thread, as the different values of bi-weekly number of cases is very dependent on the observer effect = level of testing.
The only datasets I now are the COVID-19 dashboard by the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and Our world in Data.

A word of care: all data are the official data published by the nations. If these are correct is a matter of speculation. Examples: Data from China or Russia...
