Dear Seyed, thank you for your answer... I do not have any statistics about it but I would say that synovectomy must be performed any time there are signs for severe and resistant synovitis. The problem remains, on my humble opinion, in quality of the tendon. Associated local synovitis let's suppose that the tendon's strength is possibly inappropriate for such a transfer...
