I am involving in a research project on option for reducing overcrowding in the EDs. I need to rank the options depending on the criteria, however, I do not have a ranking system. The criteria I have selected include: ease of implementation; economic impact (cost-saving); quality of care; effectiveness in queue reduction.

Also these are the intervention I chose to assess: full-capacity protocol; discarge protocols (early discharge & weekend discharges); extended/ after-hours clinic.
