I was wondering if the upper and lower limits of the electromagnetic spectrum have been extended through modern research. Gamma rays, with energies of 1.24 MeV, constitute the upper limit, and ELF radiation, with energies of 12.4 feV, form the lower limit. Has any lab discovered new radiation with energies higher and lower than those values, respectively?

There is a very special transitional mode in electric power systems (oscillations of synchronous generators) taken place at their separation due to falts.These oscillations and radiation caused by them have a very little frequencies with the lower limit of a few tenths hertz, i.e. lower than ELF.
Your bottom energy limit is 3 Hz. I don't know if anyone has published research, but 3 Hz electromagnetic signals certainly exist on electronic and electrical circuits. They will radiate, but very inefficiently from wires less than 10000 km long. There is no reason I know of why 1.24 MeV should be an upper limit. In the following high energy physics tutorial, the photon energies from pion decay are tens of MeV.

I expect these are observed in accelerators such as LHC.

I don't understand to what you refer when you say that the upper limit for gamma rays is 1.24 MeV.... many radio-isotopes emit gamma rays of 2 or 3 MeV...
Cobalt 56 for instance ( a radio isotopes produced in different ways among others with a proton irradiadiation on Iron) has a gamma ray emission quite intense at 3.25 MeV
