I am looking for the data from the completed Tunneling projects located all over the Nepal if possible. Data can be geological mapping, Physical features, rock mechanical data if any, tunnel convergence or any deformation related values, etc.
Can anyone direct me to the places or person that can help me in this process.

A Nepal tunnelling professor - and his Ph.D. student - they have published a lot out of NTNU Trondheim. His name escapes me - but Google will find I am sure.

I only found some tunnel papers from northern India during my PhD. Nothing from Nepal. I went to Nepal for 2 months some years ago and didn't see any tunnels. They were just building surface roads through the mountains then. I would try India and China for Himalayas for tunnels. I sent you a link to all the tunnel papers found in the world during my PhD. Enjoy.
Jacek Scibek , Nepal do have many Hydro Tunnels but like you mentioned not many related papers on it. It would be very helpful to go through your collection of papers that are related to Himalayan range. Thank you !
Although there are a lot of completed and ongoing Hydropower projects in Nepal with tunnels, I don't think there are any publications on it. But, every hydropower project needs to submit a feasibility/detailed study report in the Department of Electricity Development(DoED) to get the construction license. Thus, I strongly believe that DoED could be the place to get the required information.
Krishna Panthi and at least one or two Ph.D. students from NTNU Trondheim where he is professor, have published several times on Nepal HEP projects in the last maybe 5 years. KP published alone earlier than this.

Bikram Thapa DoED has a database of under construction and under operation hydro projects in Nepal. They also have the feasibility study and detailed design report of every project. The details of tunnels can be extracted from those reports.
Thank you Nick! Being in Kathmandu, Bikram has better overview about it I assume. The major sources from where tunneling data can be collected are DoED, NEA, NTA and IPPAN. It is good that you have started to update the data record on tunneling status in Nepal.
