The Rock-Filled Concrete(RFC) technology can do this for mass concrete!
Rock-Filled Concrete is the combination of Rockfill and Self-Compating Concrete hardened. The ratio of SCC in volume will be only about 42-48%. So, less cement consumption leads less hydration heat. Large amount of big stones used results in the less shrinkage and high elasticity modulus.

I agree with Mr. Feng Jin, that rock-filled (two stages concrete) is the answer of the question, and Dr. AbdelGader himself have few papers on this.
Other measures like methods of concreting in hot weathers may reduce the heat evolved, but taking the ambient temperature and other environmental conditions into account.
I am completely agree with my friends..Professor Feng Jin and Professor Altaan.. if you looking for economical and ecological concrete, for large scale, the best solutions for concreting using Two-stage concrete or Rock file concrete...low heat of hydration and high modulus of elasticity...Thanks also for my friend Geert Bettens I hope we will have near future tests use CEMPAC 565 of Cemart...
I agree with my colleagues and I add the possibility of using roller compacted concrete. This can greatly reduce the demand for cement for the application of concrete in thinner layers and thereby reduce the peak temperature generated by the hydration of the cement. In addition, the aggregate content will be very high and, selected properly, can raise the elastic modulus of the concrete.
