Optimization Modulus Code or Procedures associated to CAST3M (free finite element code) and ZEBULON or LS-OPT modulus of LS-DYNA. If not possible to acces these ones Abaqus or any finite element code with users routines of Chaboche models coupled via Python programmation with any optimization algorithms.

I would suggest you to use Z-mat software. When it comes to optimization, you have to perform multiple iteration to come to a agreement between parameters with opposite trend. Optimization is helpfull to come to a reasonable value perticularly on viscous parameters. But otherwise, I beleive our engineering knowledge on the impact of parameters on the material response is the key to get final parameter values. Moreover when you derive these parameters for more than one set of temeratures, it is essential to maintain a smooth flow of modulus from one to other temperature, otherwise you will get endup with shaky material response when you simulate a TMF response.

Dear Xiaowei Wang, i could not. people are using some matlab codes to interact with abaqus and then optimizing the parameters. i dont have much experience in this business.
