Is there an Excel program or software which can plot Sulin's diagram for determining groundwater origin?

I am working on hydrogeochemical appraisal of an area. Chadha diagram plots of the samples indicate a base exchange and recent recharge scenario. I want to confirm this using a Sulin's diagram to show whether it is shallow meteoric or deep meteoric.
