Thanks  all for the  recomendation and I used different method of circle detection @Cristiano Rafael Steffens , my point was to Classify agiven circular object like the top of the bottle for industrial inspection , after detecting the edge of the object we may use different method to find the center of the circle but classifying the circle  is a challage for me

Good Either it can be a Normal BPN Model or a dep learning system the most important thing is the Feature extraction method and thatb too for Circular Objewcts.So a Good Mathematical Function based on Polynomials will fit the solution
