I have done some simulations w.r.t. the AFM exchange-coupled layers (TbFeCo) a few years ago. In OOMMF, you may need to use the Oxs_TwoSurfaceExchange class to model the bilayer with the AFM interlayer exchange coupling. Please refer to the enclosed link below.

                  I am interested in doing multilayer simulation with perpendicular magnetic anisotropies contributed by interracial anisotropy. Can it be done by oommf? Can you tell me the how to ?

Yes, you may need to use the Oxs_MultiAtlas class to model a multilayer structure, and use the Oxs_UniaxialAnisotropy class to set the PMA in each layer.
