I am asked to present my figures in such a way that they can be edited. I have tried google to learn this but could not get any tangible guide on how to do this. Can any person help me.
No not easy to save or snippet SPSS images, like line charts or cluster analysis diagrams (just to mention a few).
You can export to Word RFT, or Excell XLS, and TIFF or JPG for the images. If you save in output (SPV) it can be opened with an SPSS license to view.
Another technique I have used to edit SPSS images is to save them in JPG or TIF, then open them in graphics sw like Paint, add text, labels, crop them even change the resolution.
I have found it is easy to edit the chart within SPSS, you can added text in most images, change labels, etc. Then you save the output file.
Hello Kingsley Chinaza Nwosu , you have asked a great question. The answers by contributors here are helpful and l am learning from them. So, thanks again for bringing up this question.
I have highlighted the tables in SPSS before. Copied them to the clipboard, and Pasted them in Microsoft Word so as to re arrange the data as per requirement.
