Is there a way to determine how many Pediocin molecules are produced by a single bacteria per hour? If not Pediocin then another bacteriocin I could use as a general reference?

All the studies I've seen work with AU/mg which gives me no reference to grams etc. There are some purification studies but I can't find any that have purification yield in terms of mg per Liter. I asked a question on ChatGPT and it gives me numbers like .7mg/L but I have no idea if those are accurate or what studies they come from. Is there any way to estimate this?
