Is there a valid and reliable scale for measuring the quality of student-teacher relationships from the student perspective, that has been used with primary age children?

Is there any research to suggest that a one-item measure (e.g., How well do you get on with your teacher?) is reasonable (i.e., a good proxy measure)?
