Shrinkage is the opposite effect of thermal expansion, which is characterized by a coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE). It is probably far easier to find the CTE of the materials you are interested in, and calculate the corresponding shrinkage in the considered range of temperatures. Volumic CTE, but also linear CTE are available in the literature. In the latter case, the volumic CTE can be easily calculated from the linear one.
