Is there a simple way to roughly estimate land surface temperature from Landsat 8 Thermal Infrared Sensor (TIRS) ?

What I need is one simple equation with as less as parameters required. For example:

LST=a*TIRS+b or LST=a*TIRS^b; something like that.
