I remember that I saw a website where I can search figures of scientific papers. Then I coudn't find the website once again. I am looking for an engine similar to google>images but often there are images other than scientific figures, so it would be great if you know such a website.

There is also the site SoSciSo (Social Science Software) http://www.sosciso.de/en/software/publication/figures/ where a number of platforms on figures have been listed but these are helpful to produce data and figures rather than search and browse, as far as I understand
