Andrija, this is a very interesting writing indeed. I enjoyed reading it mainly because students' participation in team works, and evaluation of their contribution to the success of the team is a critical point in my/our practice as well.
I'm hoping to be able to read the other suggested works as well (the ones Malini suggested).
