Not sure I can help without knowing what kind of research question you are trying to answer. You could use ACC, which is the ethylene pre-cursor, but it depends on the timing and how you want to apply treatments. Could you explain what you want to do?

Hi Saddam, I guess for seed germination you could use ACC if you don't have access to ethylene gas/or treatment chambers.

You could either supply MS media with ACC and/or on filter paper with water + ACC. I would look at triple response papers for the right concentrations (I used 10 uM in the past). Make sure to keep your plates away from other plants/ other people's experiments, as they might produce a lot of ethylene and affect these experiments.
