I am looking to validate the use of Nanopipettes by comparing the commonly expressed genes in HeLa and Neuron cells from data collected with Nanopipettes, with data from other methods. I am looking for any papers that might give me an idea as to what genes are most commonly expressed in these two cells.
I have determined that most expressed gene in adult HepG2 is Connectin/titin; i.e., hepatoma HepG2 (cultured without fucoidan) has 20.8% of cell proteins, and healed hepatocyte HepG2 (cultured with fucoidan) at 17.0% of cell protein (please see file; HepG2 Fucoidan).
Interestingly, fetal hepatocyte Hc has top amount protein of Histone H3.1 at 5.5% of cell protein.
These interesting results are surely unexpected for me.
However, highest proteis in HeLa and Neuronal cell are not yet determined due to have reached the age limit, and miserably have retired in 2009.
By the way, quantitative gene-expression study can be achievable only in our PDMD method. Notorious non-quantitative and/or qualitative PCR and ELISA methods are not able to answer to your interesting question.
