Hi all,
I am collecting multiple images (RGB, NIR, RE) with an UAV and I would like to process them using the structure from motion technique. I am new in the subject, therefore I would like to ask for advice, particularly in regards to a free of charge (or affordable) SfM software.

There are different SfM open source / free tools. However, the most known and reliable is MicMac. It is the photogrammetry software developped at the IGN (French National Geographic Institute) and ENSG (French national school for geographic sciences).
MicMac is a free open-source photogrammetric suite that can be used in a variety of 3D reconstruction scenarios, from UAVs to terrestrial surveys.

1- VisualSFM
2- Regard3d

*And the best recommended commercial software packages for processing the UAV images:
1- agisoft metashape,
2- pix4d mapper,
3- and photomodeler UAS

In addition to the software mentioned by others, I would recommend
COLMAP, which is a free and open source software for 3D reconstruction using structure from motion and multi-view stereo techniques.
