Do you know the Rutherford textbook from 1905 containing 11 lectures at Yale university. I possess the german revised version from 1907. It´s worthwhile to read.

Sorry, no chance. It´s an old paper edition, impossible to scan, it´s to old. Try it in the library of your university.
I will reread it and if I find some new unknown formalisms, I´ll tell you. My first glance showed very familiar formulas.
