I am looking for different (out of the boxy) causes that would magnify adverse reactions in medication administration. Along with polymorphisms in the CYP enzymes, I believe FAOD's, as well as other underlying undiagnosed metabolic disorders, may contribute to the exaggerated reactions. I also believe being a carrier for metabolic disorders coupled with CYP polymorphisms contribute to the exaggerated effect as well.
