I was readying through Dr Zekry's excellent paper "FPGA Implementation of LTE Downlink Transceiver with Synchronization and Equalization" and was wondering if there was any example code for something like the frequency and time synchronization approach shown in section 2.9 of the paper online anywhere?

Normally these codes are intellectual proprietary and not published in detail as a source code. But if you are a student at a university, we can send you the code of the time and frequency synchronization block. Please send an email to engineer Sara Hassan. She is now pursuing her Phd on implementation of LTE advanced.Once she finish her thesis we may make the design an open source software.

Use simulink in matlab and connect the blocks as per the paper and do it and get the required result. Coding is everybody's intellectual property. They won't give.
